Description: Shimmering is an Experimental doe that has American daughters. Her sire, Dionysus, is a 1st generation conforming Experimental buck out of our Kersee (LaMancha) line. We are looking forward to having a doe with this unique combination of pedigree, including the strongest maternal line we have worked with. Shimmering was a really beautiful yearling milker in 2019 and placed very well at the State Fairs where she was shown. She was dry in 2020, and we are looking forward to having her back in the milk and show string in 2021!

Shimmering is a very balanced doe, and has grown to be one of our biggest Oberhasli/Experimentals. She has a lot of width throughout (and a beautiful rump!) and has appropriate bone and strength as well. We absolutely loved her globular, well attached mammary system and can't wait to see her in full maturity and function.
